The Founder

Oscar Trevino

Oscar Trevino was born in Monterrey Mexico he was greatly known for his Chorizo recipe that he perfected over several years Only using the best pork leg and premium spices. He later passed down the recipe to his son and now to the 3rd generation we hope to accomplish his goals and bring this product to many people.
